I wonder if today was the rumblings of SAD for me. Although it’s starting later then usual. But last year things were just a mess in general for me because of my transference T and post op depression and video sessions and Covid and America was just on edge this time last year and all that **** and that stuff isn’t going on this year. So idk. Maybe today was just a fluke.
