This reminds me of one of my favorite quotes from a reality TV show. In an episode of Project Runway one of the contestants is whining and one of the other contestants says

“Becky! If you’re tired take a nap!”

I say that to myself several times a week

I remember bringing it up in therapy because she watched the show too at one point and she said “oh jeeze” when I quoted it.
