I had trauma at the dumpster today. Something I won't mention. It's gross. I didn't do it. Someone else did and it made me sick. I feel awful. I checked my shoes and they were fine. I tried to be careful. I forgot my Nicotine patch this morning. I just put it on. Maybe that will help calm me down. I'm afraid to sleep.
