I was 161.6 at 4 and then I drank a Mountain Dew and ate the rest of dinner from last night and I drank some water and I was 163 at 6:30. I know it’s silly to think I actually gained that but I swear I did and in the morning I’ll be like 162.6. I got a couple diet and zero sugar sodas while I was out but then I forgot to eat until I got home around 1 and I had Greek yogurt and a string cheese. I just now had an Atkins shake. Dinner will be a pumpkin English muffin and something else. I’m not sure what else. I have about 170 calories left. I feel like I ate a lot today but I didn’t. I doubt the 163 was legit. But maybe I should just stick with the English muffin and not add anything else and just be at 1200 calories for the day which is where I am now.
