I feel like I ate a lot today but I really didn’t each much and I actually bordered on restricting. I was distracted with my errands all day and I didn’t realize how little I actually ate until this afternoon. But I had a big breakfast but it was at 4:30. I didn’t even eat anything out of the ordinary really. Yogurt, string cheese, an English muffin, an Atkins shake. I’m wondering if I should switch up my intermittent fasting a bit and finish eating a bit later because these last 2 nights I’ve been struggling with waking up early and being hungry. But I don’t know how much of it is my fasting and how much of it is the time change because things were fine before Sunday.
