I was 161.2 today. Today I知 just gonna have 3 meals and zero snacks because I honestly am tired of food and too lazy to eat 3 full size meals and 2 decent size snacks. So breakfast was 2 Thomas pumpkin English muffins and 2 unsweetened blackberry iced teas from Sonic. I also had 2 zero sugar sodas. Lunch will be a chicken noodle soup bread bowl from Panera. Dinner will be an Atkins shake and a hard boiled egg. I知 at 1,325 calorie, 66 grams of protein, 218 carbs, and 2,625 mil of sodium. So it痴 not the best overall. Especially the carbs part. But I知 just hoping to be at 160.8 in the morning. Maybe I can dump the broth out in the soup. Like I do with the canned stuff. Since my main issue is with sodium.

I知 thinking of skipping the hard boiled egg and just having the Atkins shake for dinner. I壇 be low with calories at 1255 but I feel like the low calories will make up for the amount of carbs and sodium I致e had today. Plus I知 pretty tired and not hungry anyways and the Atkins shake will just fill me up even more. So without the egg I知 at 1255 calories, 217 carbs, 2560 mil of sodium. So not a huge difference in carbs or sodium but I知 hoping that the 70 calories less makes a difference. I知 just hoping it will be one of those quantity vs quality days for me.

I知 not sure how to explain any of this to my therapist in the morning.
