I ate a chicken noodle soup bread bowl from Panera and the carbs and sodium have me freaking out right now. But I mean I do feel better then I did earlier when I kinda restricted yesterday. I had room in my budget for it. But I’m just not sure what The morning will look like with all those carbs and sodium.
But I have therapy early in the morning so I need to eat something legit even if I don’t want to or she’ll catch on. I don’t get hangry I just am not productive and I get lethargic when I don’t eat and therapists can tell. She made me drink a protein drink in her office one time because I had been restricting and doing other stuff the night before.
