I fell asleep at 5 and I’m wondering why I woke up at 1. I had an Atkins shake for dinner around 3PM but I haven’t eaten since if I do eat or drink something my weight will go up a couple pounds and I’m like .4 away from my short term goal weight. But hanging on and and not sleeping for 6 more hours will be tough.
