So had my first session yesterday morning. I was a bit groggy and confused for a few hours after, but it didn’t hurt. Can’t say I feel much different, but not expecting it to; apparently takes at least 6 to see ant noticeable change. Next session is on Friday. I was cautious beforehand and made notes of key memories in case I had memory loss, but so far so good on that front.

Today, I ache in places I wouldn’t imagine aching but I’m guessing that was from the convulsions.

Anyway, so far so good.
