When I exercise more, the palpitations go away but if I'm out of shape and then do it, they are back when I try to fall asleep.

You hike a lot which is cool
I'm trying to get in better shape as well, I'm trying to walk a lot more and spend less time laying down. APs make it so difficult with the intense food/carbs/sugar cravings, that's why I'm trying to cook more/meal prep more. Because if it's not in the fridge and ready to go chances are I'll end up eating something quick and unhealthy like poptarts or chips or something
