Possible trigger:

I don’t know what’s wrong with me. My body feels like I took the 30 mil melatonin and 2 Benadryl and I fell asleep suddenly the way I do when I take that amount and I woke up early the way I do when I take that amount. But I didn’t take anything. Not even a 5 mil melatonin. My therapist mentioned a possible delayed reaction to the Ativan situation but that was on Sunday. Is this what this could be? Or does it just take awhile for melatonin and Benadryl especially large amounts to get out of your system? Because my body feels like it majorly OD on meds when I didn’t.

I just had a ton of diarrhea I don’t know why but it may just be some kind of delayed reaction but I don’t know what I can do about it. I never got back to sleep. I tried for 6 hours without any TV and I had no luck. I took zero sleep meds the entire night.
