Tell yourself "I feel like a frightened rabbit" -- and let yourself feel that way! Sounds wrong, doesn't it? But if you can let yourself realize that is what you feel like, it may be better than trying to hide it from yourself and others.
Other people don't always know what you are feeling! You can feel like a frightened rabbit and they might not have a clue!
