At the doctors with heavy boots, jeans, and a hoodie I was 168. I had a lot of stomach issues though a couple hours before and I didn’t hydrate myself after. This morning at 1:30 I had a protein shake. Then I had a cup of Jif peanut butter around 8. I got a medium iced latte with skim milk and no whipped cream from Dunkin’ Donuts. Then I also had a string cheese. I had another string cheese about 1.5 hours ago and then about 45 minutes ago I had 2 Thomas everything English muffins. I have calories left for a cupcake pudding and a sugar free pudding. At least that’s what I have down. Then that equals to 1350 calories, 75 grams of protein, 163 carbs, and 1,795 mil of sodium. I’m over my protein goal and still a bit under my carbs goal. My sodium is pretty good. I’m not too hungry for the pudding right now. I’ve been drinking just water since the coffee.
