It’s hard to tell what’s disordered behavior and what’s plain not feeling good physically. I cut out soda. Which is healthy. I’m drinking more water. I’ve been trying to add more protein to my diet. I’ve been eating more peanut butter and protein shakes and eggs. Some days I’m just not very hungry because my stomach hurts. Tonight I had 2 puddings for dinner. But I didn’t restrict today. Right now I’m kind of hungry but also tired.
