I feel ya! Im trying to not spend any money this month on food, to try to isolate my habit of emotional eating. So for breakfast today i made two bags of Thai Kitchen lemon grass and chili rice noodle soup. Usually its a little bit TOO much, but i was truly running on empty. So it filled me up without hurting me. I needed something relatively bland. Good news was, i wasnt hungry afterward.
