1. Having a good psychotherapist and being able to see her online twice a week. She's open to seeing me in person in the future, when I am ready and able to do so. I'm not yet.

2. Having a good online music therapist for free (to veterans, military employees, first responders, and their families), who is helping me find ways to use music for my DID, PTSD, CFS/ME, panic, insomnia, and more.

3. Having a good music therapy group to attend every week online, typically an hour after my individual music therapy session.

4. Having the monetary means to be able to pay my bills on time, my copayments for Medicare providers, and most of my needs and wants.

5. Having some friends, family, and mentors who care - even though they aren't always available, able to help, or close. It's still nice to have some good social capital.
