This "mini-flu" or whatever I shall call it, has drained the energy out of me. Items are floating all over the home because I felt too tired to put them on their right places when I was sick. Just a few days and the home looks like a big, big unordered person lives here.

The level of hemoglobin (iron) in my blood is too low. May be that contributes to the tiredness ...

I have an appointment with my GP next week, so we'll see.
I had to start one place: I have been reading in the "anti-procrastination" book. I have made a general to-do list for the whole week which includes everything from exercising to doing work in the home, or doing paid work. It has a start- and begin time for every activity. (It took some time to make it so specific). My plan is to make a special deviation plan for the times there will be extra happenings like going to the doctor, visit a restaurant with a friend and so on. I hope that these deviation plans will help me to get back on track every time I have to do things that are otherwise then my general plan says. (My head is usually full of thoughts after being out watching a movie (as an example). It's my hope to help myself to shift focus from one activity outside of the ordinary plan back to the ordinary plan again).
I hope that the general plan will function as a frame around my daily doings,
so that I can relax and know everything I have to do will be done. I have made a form to mark if I have done the items I usually struggle with. That will give me inputs about how I am doing and can be used for better planning if needed. I also made a dinner list for the whole week with free to choose for the weekends.
For now I am going to read in "The Decider". After that I will do self-hypnoses, then make dinner, watch the news and then relax with Netflix until bedtime.
Tomorrow I will empty the dishwasher and fill it again, put it on. Later on in the day I will use the washing machine. I will de-clutter where it is needed and continue with that if I must do so to have everything ready for my new start with the
General to-do list on Monday.
I wish everybody a good and relaxed weekend!
