Sure am not happy to hear that someone who you chose to care about isn't caring about you. Yes, the first thing to do is recover or replace the meds... contact your pharmacist and have them contact the doctor, if you don't think you can (call the doctor) for yourself.

You SO needs to hear about your needs from a third party, is she isn't bothering to believe you. If she won't go to therapy with you (planned with your T) then she probably isn't going to listen to anyone, and isn't helping you at all.
If that should be the case, I would suggest a short separation to give you time to get back on track, and to remove the extra stress from a relationship.

You have to advocate for yourself in this, get back on the meds first, then discuss with your T what your other options really are.
