I'm going to be in IOP until 11.19.21 and then I will be in aftercare. So I made an appointment with a new T (guess I will call her new T) for 11.29.21 at 7 PM, telehealth. So I will have one week off but I will be in aftercare so it won't be like I have nothing. Aftercare is one night a week for a year.
