Don't stress yourself out over it, but like others said do get in contact with your doc as these things tend to escalate over time and a quick med change or addition can make a world of difference. In the meantime, take part in activities that calm and focus the mind. For some examples I like playing musical instruments, writing, reading (this one is hard with racing thoughts but I find once I can get into the zone it's doable), and crocheting.
