I stopped using Facebook close to six months ago. That was my only form of social media. I've never used Instagram or Snapchat or Tiktok. It's a really freeing feeling to not be so consumed by social media, and it's really appalling to see the lengths people go to stay up on their social media presence.

Who else never uses social media? And how old are you? I'm 28 and now social media free. It'd be interesting to see how many young folk never use social media.
