I'm a day late... but how are you doing today?
Stopping is hard. Really hard. I've "stopped" for over a year now, and I still get the urges.
When the urges strike... try deep breathing, concentrate on your breathing, and say to yourself (even if you cant do it out loud) that you will get through this, and tell the urges to take a hike. Maybe say you love yourself, and you deserve better. I've found that it sometimes works. It also helps to get busy, and keep your mind occupied doing something else. If you're feeling bad, try writing it out here, or maybe as poetry. You could also destroy something, like a phone book or paper ... shredding it is kinda fun, and sometimes relaxing.
I can't remember, do you have a therapist or someone you can talk to about this who can help at all?
