You deserve love, respect, and security - not only from others, but also from yourself. SIng sorta is the exact opposite of that... but I know that sometimes I've asked myself the same thing, and I've always had to come to the conclusion that it isn't healthy for me and that I don't deserve anything bad to happen to me - even if some people tell me otherwise.
