I’ve also stalled although I haven’t moved around much at all. I’ve been eating the same stuff for days. Greek yogurt, usually peppermint, cheese, English muffins, and Atkin shakes. I did grocery shopping since I was either out or very low on everything I eat. I have one everything English muffin left I’m saving for dinner and they are pretty gross. I got some plain ones but then I also got some Ezekiel ones today and also some Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread to try to switch it up a bit while basically keeping everything the same. I also switched out my mozzarella string cheese which I ran out of yesterday for some fancier types of individually wrapped cheese slices. I got another box of Atkins shakes and also a box of Atkins peanut butter protein bars too. The peanut butter bars have worked out well in the past. I’m 163 right now and if I can just get to 160 by Thanksgiving I’d be happy. That would be a 27 pound weight loss since last Thanksgiving.
