The bras in the plus size stores are for women who are big all over. I was hoping it would relieve the stress on my neck and upper back, but unfortunately it did not. However, I do think I look more proportionate now.

I was a 36 H. Small in shirts though. I was basically nothing but breasts. I wore a minimizer bra until I learned about binders. I wanted them gone since I first got them when I was 10. I had a total meltdown when my mom made me buy my first bra when I was that age. I only agreed to wear it because it had a star in the middle. It was the only one I wore though 7th grade and I wore men’s XL shirts for most of my teenage years to hide them.
