Still 163. Well technically I was 162.6 at 3AM and then I drank some sugar free sweet tea and I had an Atkins peanut butter bar and then I weighed myself again at 5:15 and I was 163. Besides the Atkins bar I had a piece of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread. Then I got some snacks at the gas station and I had a cup of fruit, a Jack Links salami and Colby cheese thing, and a little container of chips and Wholly Guacamole. Just now I had a cup of Kraft Mac and cheese. Dinner will be an Atkins shake and a hard boiled egg. I have down 1,345 calories, 64 grams of protein, 104 grams of carbs, and 2045 mil of sodium. I’m hoping I’ll have my sleep under control tonight and hopefully see some progress on the scale in the morning. My goal is still 160 by Thanksgiving.
