I showered tonight. I live alone and have no pets (fur babies), so I always shower alone.

I washed and conditioned my hair, and I shaved.

I did so because I ordered pizza, chicken (I'm low on potassium, so chicken provides that), diet pop, and cinnamon rolls. I know - not good, but I figured that if this is the last time I'm going to eat this stuff for a very, very, very long time, I might as well splurge a little and enjoy myself. Besides, I put in a lot more exercise than my myalgic encephalomyelitis can bear, so I know that I will be resting for a day or so after this.

I also have more medical labs to deal with, so I wanted to take this time to self-care and celebrate.
