I was 162.6 today. I had an Atkins bar and a piece of cheese for breakfast. I got a grilled cheese burrito with no chipotle sauce or sour cream as soon as Taco Bell opened. Then I had a small peppermint iced coffee with skim milk and Splenda. I had no energy for dinner so I just had an Atkins shake. I had about half a gallon of sugar free sweet tea. I’m at 1,225 calories, 65 grams of protein, 79 grams of carbs, and 2130 mil of sodium. Since everything I had to drink was sugar free I’m only at 9 grams of sugar and my cholesterol is also under for once. But today just wasn’t the healthiest quality or quantity wise and I don’t know what to expect from the scale in the morning.
Actually I think I was 162 exactly come to think of it.
