Can’t go to sleep earlier then with mania I go to bed at 11:00pm when I’m in mania but I still do sleep my depression is gone but the anti Depressant encourages my mania but when I was in the hospital my mania was worse my name is Zelda I got bipolar in my schizoaffective I sometimes get mixed episodes too I just got a lot of energy in me these past few days and I’m really happy to and talk fast have a good night my doctor says as long I can get enough sleep witch i do get and not do any thing risky witch I haven’t then she is ok with it
