So sorry you are struggling.
These are not things you deserve, nor are they "good" things.
You deserve friends, having relationships, having loving family, spending time at least online with friends, and being connected with society. All of these internal messages are indicators that you are feeling down about yourself and about the world around you. I'm so sorry you are struggling this way.
