So it’s Zelda I just now remember our last therapist who will still see has helped us out I don’t know but she said she has talked to my alters she even has said “your not there when they come out” I didn’t remember but Tiffany told me that they did talk to them she is a nice therapist I’m will be seeing her again next week have a good night and she knows there is 45 of us
