I’m feeling kinda blah today regarding food. For breakfast I had 2 hard boiled eggs, a light and fit yogurt, and a single serve box of Raisin Bran cereal. It was the exact breakfast I wanted. I also had a can of Coke. Then I got tired but I got a small chili cheese fries from sonic mid afternoon. Now I’m just burned out a bit by everything and I am at 820 calories for the day with 546 left. I just want to sleep and I have no energy to make anything but I should probably at least grab an Atkins shake or something. My stomach just feels off right now.
