I was 161.2 today. I’m going to eat exactly the same stuff as yesterday. But I had a small Irish cream something or other, either a latte or a cold brew, I don’t remember, instead of the medium strawberries and cream cold brew that I had yesterday. But I’m trying to eat exactly the same so I can be below 161 in the morning. My sleep has been under control lately so I think that’s why my weight has been getting better. I also think 1350 calories with my level of activity is too many calories. I think 1250 is better.
