I'm a little anxious this morning. It's been one thing after another. Now I want to go on a drive. I'm anxious about getting out. Maybe I didn't get enough sleep last night. My Klonopin isn't helping. I have nothing else to try. I did EFT Tapping. That helped some but it's not enough. Maybe I will just relax this morning and take a nap.
