Check the pulse of your heart
Notice the nausea that you feel physically
Take note of what you have done today and;
what has happened in life up until now from a month ago or more
about what has happened with every med you've taken
what could happen with the Zofran..
Google a little about nausea, drug interactions
Etc..
After having the knowledge, you can decide whether or not. In the end, you don't have to.. You can be nauseous.. Ginger ale helps, waiting it out. Bring it up with your doctor..
Manage anxiety - Anxiety can cause nausea which means that coping mechanisms to help with anxiety could help - And if it doesn't, nausea without anxiety is better than both!
Be aware of your relationships and who you can talk to about the miscellaneous problems.. The kitty too..
