Not much of a day today. My sister called me this morning. We didn't say much to each other and it didn't take much time for her to drift off into sleep while on the phone with me. Why does she have to call me when she's not really up for it? It doesn't do me a favor. This happens a lot with her. She's always telling me that she's busy and tired. I get sick of it.

Other than that I worked out, did some light errands, and went on a short bike ride. My left side from the rear end to knee hurt. I went into the Jacuzzi at where I live tonight and it helped the pain out a lot.
