Do you have any coloring books? Jo-Jo loves to color so I got her a coloring book with her favorite characters from Fosters' Home for Imaginary Friends. I got her crayons and markers, too. She has tons of fun with them. Is that possible for you? Can you color? Or maybe draw some pictures of how you feel?

I hope Jude eats soon. It is really important to eat cuz the body and mind both need food to function. Maybe you could try getting him to eat something small, like a piece of fruit.
