I dunno Neriz, i'm not sure I'm quite following your thought here. Sounds like you are doing things you can't remember doing later and actually receiving and paying bills for those things? Sounds like you are having trouble thinking too? It also sounds like you still have a sense of humor about yourself, and that's a good thing....to a point.

Generally speaking it seems to me that when we wonder out loud to another person if we need help, it's because we already know that we do.
