I have felt stiff in my muscles after the gym today. Had to rest and didn't want to go out in the cold weather to buy groceries. That has to be done tomorrow.

My plans for tomorrow:

- Read about CBT.
- Do some exercises for my shoulders and arms.
- Self-hypnosis.
- Write a grocery list.
- Visit grocery store.
- Put the groceries on their right place when I come home.
- Some rest.
- Fill dishwasher and put it to work.
- Make a plan for Saturday.
- If there is time, prepare for continuing with my work again.
