Well, slid back a little. Ate way too many dried fruit and had to purge it because of the calories. But I still feel like I'm doing better. I didn't really feel the urge to binge, just had it handy and kept eating it mindlessly. I didn't purge my meals, and didn't freak out. I'm still glad I made it to day 5, and will do it again. Day 1 again tomorrow.
