Today I woke up at 3:30 so I weighed myself right before 4AM and I was happy with what I saw so I put the scale under my TV stand so I wouldnt be tempted to weigh myself again. Then I had 3 cookie butter cookies. Around 6 I had a pouch of tuna and a greek yogurt. At 9:30 I had 2 rice cakes. I got coffee right around 10. Lunch was an Atkins shake. I had my usual family size pitcher of unsweetened iced tea. Then dinner will be another yogurt and 2 cauliflower crusted chicken tenders. I have down 1,260 calories.
