My body has had enough to eat but my mind is still hungry. Kinda weird I dont normally feel like this. I only eat when I'm legit hungry I never force myself. But right now I'm in between wanting to fix and eat baked brie cheese and keeping in mind the 2 new pairs of jeans and the new button shirt I ordered today. I did eat healthy though today besides the 3 cookies but I allow myself a treat each day. I hit my protein goal, and stayed under my carb and sodium goal. I also try to drink an entire pitcher of unsweetened caffeine free iced tea a day.
