Have you talked to your doctor about this? For me, adjusting my anti-depressants usually fixes the problem.

Also, have you tried audiobooks? Sometimes it is easier for me to listen to audiobooks than to read. If have a library card, you can use the Libby app to get free audiobooks to your phone.
