I was back to 164 excatly today. I'm really hungry but I've eaten today so theres no need for me to be hungry. For breakfast I had 2 Yoplait Oui yogurts. For lunch I had a bean burrito and a soft beef taco from Taco Bell. My afternoon snack will be a hardboiled egg and a piece of cheese. Dinner will be 4 cauliflower crust chicken tenders. I'm at 1,235 calories for the day. I'm over my protein goal, under my carbs goal. My sodium is kinda high at 2,740 mil. My goal is to stay under 2300. So hopefully that doesn't screw with me in the morning.
I'm just not sure whats up with this insane hunger. I think I'll go make a pitcher of unsweetened iced tea.
