Understood and good that you have the ball rolling there. Try as hard as you can to not send emotional texts if you feel the urge. Screenshot conversations if they are abusive etc and be aware that she can do that too.. Hopefully it wont come to that. Its hard not to take out your pain on the person you once trusted, but you will get through this.

You are hitting the nail on the head! Im feeling that now. Zero emotion, just flat, to the point and boring. Thank you for the reminder/heads up!
Emails are sterile and OVERLY nice. An example of a recent email is "I am so glad that I can be of help with our daughter's pick up and drop off for club sports during your week. I am happy to help with anything I can do to aid in your success with the care of our girls."
So I am on high alert now. Just amazes me. 27yrs...
