...I need to make yet another suggestion.
I'd like you to start thinking about finding a therapist. Generally if someone dies in a way where we have some notification...old age, declining health, etc. therapy is not necessarily needed. Death of course is part of the cycle of life. Buuuuut, with sudden death, or any kind of traumatic loss, or complicated grief (the kind typically unsupported by the general public, e.g. AIDS, suicide, gay spouse, etc.) seeing a therapist is imo, mandatory. Please ask around at the group, and find a PhD, or PsyD to get into treatment with, OK? It really will assist with the healing process.
Actually, I just got home from seeing mine. I'd share, but I'm WAY selfish!
