Cheese isnt REALLY protein, its mostly fat. You might be hungry because you are low on protein? I know you count your macros, but sometimes i just need a jimmyjohns. Couple weeks ago i got a huge container of deli honey turkey, ate about ten turkey n cheese samwiches (yeah over a few days!), and that normalized my appetite for a while, i wasnt starving all the time.

Plus i think our cave person bodies just get hungrier at this time of year. Bodybuilders dont even TRY to lose weight, this is their off season. There has to be a real reason for that, i think.
