I was only 165 today despite eating 1100 calories in cheese for dinner and then 3 cookies at 8PM. I also had a big tube of chocolate candies that had like 450 calories. So I don't know. I seem to just be maintaining right now around 165. But today I'm not hungry and I haven't taken any meds yet including my topamax. So I'm going to see how it goes without that. I seem to get hungry after I've taken it even though its supposed to decrease my hunger. I did eat a yogurt for breakfast and I got coffee. I plan on having cauliflower chicken tenders for lunch, 2 hard boiled eggs for a snack, and a purple sweet potato for dinner. I'm right around 1260 calories. I am 19 grams over my protein goal, just barely under my carbs goal, and about 130 mil under my sodium goal. I plan on staying away from soda today since I think that also increases my hunger. I made a big pitcher of Lipton decaf iced tea.
