There are places in rural areas that allow you to park an RV and camp for a very long time but I never found any free ones. I tried living in the forest in a tent for about 6 weeks. It gets horribly lonely. Every passing day makes you feel worse and worse about yourself.

Wow - you are brave for camping for 6 weeks. That's a long time! It would help if you were with a safe group and many resources, like having an activity plan for every day - kind of like they do at retreats, but even retreats are usually only a few days to upwards of 2 weeks. 6 weeks is like boot camp (well, in the Air Force, that is, LOL).
