I couldn’t manage to get my trash can to the curb this morning. That’s my official red flag. When I can’t do that, something is wrong. Fortunately it was half full and we have two. I’ve been slowly helping mom with stuff and we’re about to go visit my brother and go out to eat. I sat in the sun today (72F and full sun) for about 1.5 hours. That should help. Tomorrow will be the same. When I return later this evening hopefully I’ll have some motivation to handle some very light duties.
